Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license
  • Must complete required fingerprinting prior to start
  • Experience in educational or child-centered behavioral analysis preferred

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a district-based BCBA, supporting multiple K-12 schools via the referral process
  • Collaborate with staff and utilize established data collection and behavior intervention models
  • Engage in monthly consults with a leading university behavioral health program
  • Leverage a detailed help desk and referral system to manage caseload and avoid overload
  • Provide expert feedback and guidance to educators, families, and support staff
