The role features a varied and impactful caseload focused on PreK through Kindergarten, with responsibilities including behavior support and hands-on coaching for classroom teachers. Rotating quarterly between classrooms, you’ll be a key resource for enhancing positive student outcomes and supporting teacher growth. Hybrid scheduling is available (at least three days onsite each week), but flexibility is essential to accommodate evolving needs. All observations are completed in person.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience supporting behavior management and coaching in school settings, ideally with PreK-K age groups
• Adaptable with scheduling; able to work a hybrid model with a minimum of three onsite days per week
• Willing and able to clear an in-person background check (processing times vary)

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted behavior support for PreK-K classrooms
