Qualifications:
- Current or eligible Florida Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the process of completing CFY
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth across a diverse K-12 population
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to support academic success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute valuable recommendations for student supports
- Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students
