Sheet Metal Assembler
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler, where you will be part of a dynamic aviation supplier company, contributing to the assembly and machining division. This role involves working on the first shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, where you will utilize your skills in aerospace manufacturing assembly.
Responsibilities- Assemble complicated and varied aircraft/aerospace components.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, specifications, and other work instructions.
- Perform layout and drilling of holes, and install fasteners, bearings, bushings, and countersinks.
- Apply sealants, primers, paints, and cleaning agents.
- Use hand and power tools efficiently in assembly processes.
- Minimum of three years of experience in aircraft/aerospace manufacturing assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and specifications.
- High level of experience with layout and drilling of holes and installation of fasteners.
- Experience in using sealants, primers, paints, and cleaning agents.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Four to five years of assembly experience is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and drive to achieve high performance levels.
- Detail-oriented nature with dependable on-time attendance.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Adherence to safety procedures, including wearing gloves, eye, and ear protection.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
