This position spans from August 10th through the end of October, providing coverage while the full-time SLP is on FMLA leave for the first 12 weeks of the school year.

You’ll work across two elementary settings and collaborate closely with an assigned Speech-Language Assistant (SLA), enhancing service delivery for a larger caseload of 117 students. Flexibility is offered, with considerations for candidates who prefer onsite or VOCO (virtual/remote) service delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in school settings with elementary-age students
• Comfort managing a large, dynamic caseload with support from an SLA
• Strong collaboration and organization skills
• Adaptability to provide services both in-person and via teletherapy (if desired)

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in assigned students
• Write and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
• Supervise and guide the assigned SLA in daily therapy activities
• Keep accurate documentation and progress reports for each student
