BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Austin, TX 78727 – Onsite Position

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Austin, TX 78727 – Onsite Position

Expected Duration: 10+ months contract (with possible extension)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite Position

Anticipated Start Date: October 5th, 2026

Job Description:

Required Skills:
• Six months high volume inbound contact center experience within the last 12 months.

Must be available for any 8 hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm. We are unable to accommodate schedule change requests during the first 90 days.

· Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and program questions.

· Respond promptly, courteously, and concisely to phone inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

· Document all interactions in clear and concise online logs.

· Transfer callers to appropriate Call Center units when necessary.

· Meet individual performance standards, including strict attendance and productivity metrics.

· Assist with problem resolution and escalate complex issues as needed.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

· Attains and maintains strict required attendance and performance metrics.

Would be nice to have skills:

· Microsoft Office experience

· Effective at multi-tasking.
