Physical Therapist - School Setting in Methuen, MA

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Currently holds an active Physical Therapy license
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, preferably with K-12 students
• Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Capable of collaborating with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptable, organized, and comfortable working onsite in an educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop tailored plans to enhance student mobility, participation, and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with IEP/504 plans
• Communicate progress and recommendations to staff, families, and administrators
• Offer consultative support, training, and resources to school personnel as needed
• Participate in meetings and contribute to a collaborative school team
