Job Description

This position is tailored for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist interested in providing direct services and assessments within a flexible, part-time schedule. You’ll work 1 day each week (approximately 6-8 hours), offering impactful support to a small caseload and ensuring students can thrive in their learning environments.
What you’ll bring:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (California SLP or eligibility)
- Prior experience working in school environments
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with families, teachers, and a multidisciplinary team

What you’ll do:
- Conduct a pending speech-language assessment as required
- Provide direct speech-language services to three students (including a preschooler requiring off-campus support)
- Deliver individualized and evidence-based therapy, adapting to each student’s needs
- Keep detailed records of progress, IEP data, and session notes
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure sessions occur between 8:45 am and 3:00 pm
- Work closely with school staff and student families to foster consistent developmental progress
