Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 per hour, $19 while training
Shift: Second Shift, Mon - Fri 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM (Must be able to train on First Shift)

- Following standardized procedures and adhering to safety and housekeeping standards
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Possess knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing environment
- Are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-speed setting, following instructions and established guidelines
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Have the physical stamina and strength required for the role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
