These positions offer a variety of elementary, middle, and high school caseloads, allowing you to find the best fit for your experience and interests.

Position Details:
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Lakewood, CO
- School Year: August 19, 2026 – May 27, 2027
- Employment Type: Full-Time, School-Based Contract
- Pay rate: $43-45/ hour
Current Openings:
- Full-time middle school caseload serving approximately 60 students, including one Significant Support Needs (SSN) classroom
- Full-time middle school caseload serving approximately 40 students, including two Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) center classrooms
- Full-time elementary caseload serving approximately 71 students, shared with another SLP, including two ASD center classrooms
- Full-time elementary caseload serving approximately 40 students, including Pre-K and Affective Needs (AN) classrooms
- Full-time elementary caseload serving approximately 51 students, including multiple Pre-K classrooms with dedicated SLPA support
- Split middle/high school assignment serving approximately 44 students
- Split junior/senior high and elementary assignment serving approximately 72 students, with SSN classrooms and SLPA support
- Split elementary and Head Start assignment serving approximately 32+ students, shared with another SLP and supported by an SLPA
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience is preferred
