Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Savoy, IL | Full-Time Contract

A school district near Savoy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time opportunity supporting students with autism and other behavioral or developmental needs.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• School-Based

• Flexible schedule based on student and district needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments

• Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans

• Monitor behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress

• Provide behavioral support and consultation

• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Support skill acquisition, independence, and positive behavior change

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable BACB standards

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Current BCBA certification required

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data analysis

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• School-based or pediatric ABA experience preferred
