Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Savoy, IL | Full-Time Contract
A school district near Savoy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time opportunity supporting students with autism and other behavioral or developmental needs.
Schedule:
Full-Time
School-Based
Flexible schedule based on student and district needs
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments
Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
Monitor behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress
Provide behavioral support and consultation
Supervise and train RBTs and other staff
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Support skill acquisition, independence, and positive behavior change
Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable BACB standards
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Current BCBA certification required
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data analysis
Excellent communication and leadership skills
School-based or pediatric ABA experience preferred
