What You’ll Do
As a Production Team Member, you’ll work as part of a team assembling high‐quality windows and doors in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment. You’ll gain hands‐on experience across multiple areas of production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Rotating between different production lines and job functions
- Learning and performing repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently
- Operating tools and equipment while following production instructions
- Working safely around moving equipment
- Meeting quality, safety, and production standards every shift
- Supporting team goals through flexibility and teamwork
Schedule
- Sunday – Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 10‐hour shifts
- Overtime on Thursdays as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass required pre‐employment testing and work‐ability screen
- Ability to consistently perform heavy lifting as part of daily job duties
- Willingness to learn, rotate jobs, and work as part of a team
