Job Description:
- The Patient Services Representative II-Floater (PSR II) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
- Draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- Creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a safe, skillful, and accurate manner.
- Demonstrates Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
- May be assigned to a doctor’s office, patient service center, or other locations as business needs dictate.
