School Speech Therapist (SLP) Job - First Semester Leave

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Mishicot, WI

We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school in Mishicot, Wisconsin for a leave coverage assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) looking to gain valuable school-based experience.

Position Details

• Location: Mishicot, WI
• Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
• Assignment Dates: September 2026 – January 6, 2027
• Potential Extension: Assignment may continue if the current SLP does not return
• School Setting: 1 elementary school
• Caseload: Approximately 46 students
• CFs Welcome: Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student progress effectively

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) certification or eligibility
• ASHA CCCs preferred, but CF candidates are welcome to apply
