Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current SLP license in Louisiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs will be considered
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students across various grade levels
• Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, utilizing formal and informal assessments
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and regularly communicate updates to parents and staff
• Serve as a resource to staff and families, offering strategies and support to facilitate student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and other school functions as required
