What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification and current state licensure
  • Experience supporting children and adolescents in educational settings
  • Familiarity with assessment tools, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Dedicated approach to delivering individualized speech and language therapy

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted speech-language assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote student success and advocate for best practices in communication support
  • Monitor progress, update records, and maintain regular contact with families and caregivers regarding student achievements and next steps
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment that celebrates growth and achievement
