Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California OT license and registration
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy practices and IEPs
• Ability to adapt to various school environments and manage a diverse caseload
• Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop individualized plans
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to help students access their curriculum and school environment
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and student outcomes in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Travel between multiple school sites as scheduled
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
• Maintain a flexible, student-centered approach throughout daily activities
