Data Processor (2nd Shift)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Processor to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate production data, generating reports, supporting operational processes, and ensuring information is entered and tracked correctly.

Responsibilities

• Enter, verify, and reconcile production data
• Validate daily production output and reporting
• Track production orders, materials, and inventory usage
• Prepare and distribute routine operational reports
• Support production teams with administrative and system-related tasks
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with troubleshooting data and reporting issues
• Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or manufacturing software is a plus
