Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator — 12-Month Contract

ATR International is seeking a Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator on behalf of our client for a 12-month contract opportunity. This role supports inbound/outbound warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and inventory transactions in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support receiving of finished goods inventory, materials, and supplies — including parts verification, system transactions, and RMA receiving
• Process customer orders: picking, packing, and staging for outbound shipments
• Process miscellaneous shipments for vendors and other offices
• Create AWBs for outgoing shipments via courier systems (FedEx, DHL, UPS)
• Maintain organization and upkeep of the warehouse and shipping area
• Coordinate with couriers to resolve shipping issues as needed
• Utilize Oracle inventory management system for order processing (client is transitioning to SAP)
• Adhere to REA compliance, regulatory, and warehouse safety protocols

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Computer literate with strong attention to detail
• Personable, team-oriented communication style
• Prior warehouse/shipping experience is a plus but not required
• Experience with Oracle or SAP inventory systems preferred

Contract Length: 12 months
