Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting preschool-aged students as an Occupational Therapist for a maternity leave coverage from January through May 21. Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure required
- Experience in school-based, home health, or general healthcare OT settings preferred
- Prior work with early childhood or preschool populations highly valued
- Strong collaborative and multidisciplinary team skills
- Flexibility and adaptability as caseloads and student needs shift
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments and create effective, individualized plans of care
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within preschool classroom environments
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support holistic student development
- Document progress, maintain compliance with IEP goals, and contribute thoughtfully to meetings
- Travel between three sites within the contract week as needed
