Key Responsibilities:
- Supply production lines with bulk packaging/manufacturing materials
- Ensure a safe, clean, and ergonomic work environment by strictly adhering to safety rules, SOPs, and using PPE
- Take part in safety improvement projects and recommend enhancements for safety, equipment performance, and product quality
- Perform routine quality checks, support GMP compliance, and identify/resolve quality issues before they impact production
- Use forklifts or hand trucks to move and stock materials; retrieve or return bins, drums, and super-sacs as needed
- Record accurate material movements (lot numbers, quantities) using SAP or other automated inventory systems
- Complete scrap transactions, manual transfers, reconciliations, and inventory cleanups in SAP
- Support supply requisitions and handle clerical tasks with SAP, MES, Microsoft Office, and more
- Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, quality, and engineering teams
- Motivate and support team members to foster a strong, collaborative work culture
- Participate in department and line cleanings and assist Utility personnel as required
- Adapt to production schedule changes and additional duties as needed
- High School diploma or GED
- Proven commitment to safety in a production environment
- Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading)
- Strong math and computer skills (Windows and Lotus Notes)
- Working knowledge of automated inventory tracking systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or SOP environments
- SAP inventory system experience
- Previous Material Handler & forklift operation experience
