Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with preschool-aged children in a school-based environment near Royston, GA. This role focuses on providing high-quality speech-language pathology services to a caseload of approximately 30–35 students, ages 3 to 5. Weekly in-person presence is required at one site for direct services and evaluations, allowing you to build meaningful connections and support early childhood development.

Ideal candidates will have experience and enthusiasm for working with young learners in a school setting. Both SLPs with CCC and those seeking CFY supervision are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Georgia)
  • CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience providing speech and language services in school or pediatric settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in-person with a preschool caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations in compliance with IEP requirements
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students’ needs
  • Provide direct therapy to preschool children, adapting approaches for varied learning styles
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, plans, and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
