Key Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience, including prior school-based nursing

• Demonstrated record of reliable attendance
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required PA clearances
• Own, dependable transportation for consistent onsite attendance
