Your assignment will span from August 31, 2026, to June 17, 2027, working a full-time 40-hour schedule that provides both structure and flexibility. With a caseload of approximately 33 students in life skills programming, you’ll gain exposure to unique challenges and collaborate regularly with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This role is perfect for clinicians looking to enhance their resumes, develop new expertise—particularly in feeding, swallowing, and AAC—and grow as leaders through diverse and supportive teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • School-based SLP experience (preferred)
  • Expertise in safe eating/feeding and AAC strongly desired
  • Adaptable, collaborative approach to working with varying student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment and therapy to students in life skills programs across two campuses
  • Implement AAC strategies and safe feeding protocols
  • Collaborate with on-site and virtual speech team members, SPED staff, paras, and support personnel
  • Support students with higher behavioral needs, with ample team back-up and regular consultations
