Exciting contract opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists as well as clinical fellows seeking to make a difference in elementary education. Three positions are open, with the academic year running from August 17, 2026, through June 11, 2027. Each SLP will manage a caseload of approximately 50 elementary-aged students, providing services that support communication development in a school setting. This role offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping young learners overcome communication barriers and enjoy working collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • New graduates and clinical fellows are welcomed—supervision will be provided
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse elementary student population

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student in your caseload
  • Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development as required
