  • Experience in carpentry or basic construction tasks is an advantage.
  • Experience performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks in industrial or construction environments.
  • Comfort working in hot, non-climate-controlled areas for extended periods.
  • Reliability in maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality for early-morning shifts.

Why Work Here?

Join a large-scale, high-impact manufacturing operation where your work directly supports cutting-edge battery production. You will gain hands-on experience with industrial equipment and material handling in a dynamic environment, with opportunities to build your skills in safety, construction, and equipment movement. The role offers steady, full-time hours and overtime opportunities, while working as part of a collaborative team that values safety, precision, and hard work.

Work Environment

This role is based in a large, approximately 2 million square foot battery manufacturing facility that includes both indoor and outdoor work areas. The environment is hot and non-climate controlled, requiring comfort with working in elevated temperatures throughout the day. You will regularly walk long distances across the production floor and surrounding areas, and perform frequent bending, crawling, and lifting.
