School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lakeside, Oregon

This full-time, onsite role begins August 27, 2026, and calls for dedication to fostering communication skills and academic success among a diverse caseload of approximately 45–60 students. With a structured weekday schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, you will have the chance to make a real difference every day.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a school setting
• Strong collaborative skills for partnering with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Effective organizational and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention services
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and compliance standards
• Deliver therapy in both individual and group formats to meet diverse student needs
• Serve as an active contributor to student success through Response to Intervention (RTI) and consultation
• Engage in parent conferences, staff meetings, and professional development as required
