Job Description

This full-time, onsite role begins August 27, 2026, and calls for dedication to fostering communication skills and academic success among a diverse caseload of approximately 45–60 students. With a structured weekday schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, you will have the chance to make a real difference every day.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a school setting
- Strong collaborative skills for partnering with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Effective organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention services
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and compliance standards
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group formats to meet diverse student needs
- Serve as an active contributor to student success through Response to Intervention (RTI) and consultation
- Engage in parent conferences, staff meetings, and professional development as required
