Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Florida SLP License, or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged to apply
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language services to K-12 students
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with teachers and parents
• Document student progress, maintaining compliance with all records and reporting
• Collaborate with educational staff and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Offer consultative support to teachers and families on communication strategies
