School Speech Language Pathologist - Kaysville, Utah

Step into an impactful role where you’ll support K-6th grade learners in achieving their communication goals for the 2026-2027 school year. As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll provide high-quality services in a school environment dedicated to student success. This contract opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 40 hours each week.

In this position, you'll manage a caseload of approximately 70 students at a single site. Your expertise in school-based speech therapy and commitment to fostering growth will help young learners thrive. Additionally, this opportunity includes a unique leadership component—supervising an onsite SLT—allowing you to share your knowledge and positively influence your professional community.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Active license or eligibility for state licensure in speech-language pathology
• Recent experience providing SLP services in school settings
• Teletherapy experience is welcomed
• Comfort in supervising or mentoring school-based support staff
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students from kindergarten through sixth grade
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress records
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams to maximize student growth
• Supervise and support onsite SLT to uphold best practices and quality care
