Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience providing behavioral support for early childhood or elementary settings preferred
• Comfortable with flexible scheduling and rotating classroom assignments
• Ability to complete required in-person observations and background checks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior management support for PreK and Kindergarten classrooms
• Coach and collaborate with instructional staff to implement behavior interventions
• Rotate between different classrooms each quarter, offering a variety of experiences throughout the school year
• Work at least three days per week on-site, with an option for hybrid work as caseloads allow
• Conduct direct student observations in person and document progress
• Ensure compliance with all background check requirements (processing time varies)
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused environment for young learners
