Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay Rate: $33–$34/hour

We are seeking experienced LPNs with nursing home/long-term care experience to join a dedicated healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and skilled nurses committed to providing exceptional resident care.
Requirements:
- Active NYS LPN License
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing home/long-term care experience required
- Strong clinical skills and professionalism
- EPIC experience is a plus
Available Shifts:
- Days: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
- Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
- Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
- Every other weekend
- Weekend-only positions available
