A specialty pharmacy in Nashville is seeking a Multi-Licensed Staff Pharmacist to support a low-volume operation focused on complex specialty medications and personalized patient care.

The Role
Provide clinical pharmacy services for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune conditions, and other chronic illnesses.
Manage therapies including factor replacement, emicizumab, and IV/subcutaneous infusion medications.
Educate patients and caregivers on medication use, administration, adherence, side effects, and safe home handling.
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and internal care teams.
Work with reimbursement specialists on insurance benefits, prior authorizations, and financial assistance.

Requirements
Active Tennessee Pharmacist License required.
Must have or be willing to obtain multiple state licenses.
Specialty pharmacy, infusion, or complex therapy experience preferred.
Strong clinical and patient communication skills.
CareTend experience is a plus; training can be provided.
