Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Location: Englewood, CO
Pay Rate: $40.56 per hour
Schedule: Must be flexible to work different shifts, overtime, weekends, and travel regularly as needed

As an A&P Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the airworthiness, reliability, and safety of sophisticated aircraft systems. Your expertise will support mission-critical operations by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining aircraft components to the highest industry and regulatory standards.

What You'll DoAircraft Maintenance & Repair
Perform inspections, repairs, modifications, and maintenance on aircraft airframes and powerplant systems.
Diagnose mechanical and functional issues using specialized tools and testing equipment.
Remove, repair, replace, and test defective aircraft components and assemblies.
Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems and resolve maintenance discrepancies.
Conduct operational and functional checks to verify aircraft performance.
Interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and maintenance publications.
Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with FAA regulations and applicable industry standards.
Document maintenance actions accurately and thoroughly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company, safety, and regulatory procedures.
Support activities involving safety-sensitive equipment, vehicles, and aviation systems.
Collaborate effectively with maintenance teams to meet operational objectives and deadlines.
Required QualificationsMust-Have Requirements
Active, current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification with no prior FAA violations.
Class 3 Physical Certification (including hearing requirements) or ability to maintain certification.
High School Diploma or GED.
Typically 5+ years of relevant aviation maintenance experience.

Advanced experience in:
Airframe maintenance
Powerplant mechanics
Aircraft troubleshooting and repair
A&P component maintenance

Ability to read, interpret, and apply:
Technical schematics
Blueprints
Diagrams
Manuals
Maintenance publications
Own tools in good working condition.
Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations.
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
FAA Repair Station experience.
Quality Assurance experience.
Aerospace and Defense industry background.
U.S. Department of Defense or military aviation experience.
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS).
Experience working in travel-intensive or multi-shift maintenance environments.
