JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking experienced Welders for a manufacturing client. These candidates will perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of products while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to specifications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading blueprints, taking precise measurements, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting production goals. Aluminum welding experience is highly preferred for this role.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· 2+ years of MIG/TIG welding experience with aluminum · Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings · Comfortable using basic hand tools daily, with ability to read a tape measure Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with early morning shifts
