Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support aftermarket sales operations in Midland, Texas. This role focuses on turning customer requirements into accurate quotes and orders while helping ensure smooth coordination across internal teams. The position also plays an important part in strengthening customer relationships, identifying new revenue opportunities, and providing reporting that supports business planning and growth.

Responsibilities:
• Create precise quotations by reviewing customer specifications, technical documents, and established pricing guidelines.
• Enter and manage sales orders while coordinating with production, purchasing, logistics, and service groups to support accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Build strong ongoing relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business and long-term account growth.
• Seek out additional aftermarket business by re-engaging inactive accounts and developing untapped opportunities within the region.
• Work closely with sales leadership and team members to align on priorities, exchange market feedback, and contribute to revenue objectives.
• Maintain organized records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activity within company sales systems.
• Prepare forecasts, performance reports, and regular sales updates to help guide planning and measure results.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to address technical inquiries, order issues, and warranty matters.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall aftermarket sales performance.• At least 3 years of experience in sales analysis, sales support, or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare reports, track performance metrics, and support forecasting activities.
• Working knowledge of sales tax processes and sales tax return requirements.
• Familiarity with KYC and AML practices in a business environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage quotations, orders, and customer data accurately.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, engineering, and service teams.
• Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or other business systems used for sales activity tracking and order management.
