ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Valley Center, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative district-wide role with support from a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) while making a meaningful impact on students across the district.

Job Details:

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Location: Valley Center, CA
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Full-Time
• 37.5–40 hours per week
• Onsite, district-wide position
• Approximately 50-student caseload
• Dedicated support from a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
• Pay rate: $45-55/ hour

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and school-based service delivery
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills when working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
