Special Education Teacher in Lakewood, OH

Your expertise will be valued in one of two classrooms: a Multiple Disabilities (MD) classroom with 9-12 students facing autism, non-verbal communication, physical impairments, and more, or an Emotional Disabilities (ED) classroom with 10-15 students requiring behavior intervention plans, social-emotional instruction, and crisis management.

• Valid certification in Special Education (focusing on MD or ED/or both preferred)
• Experience implementing IEPs, BIPs, and delivering differentiated instruction
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and social-emotional support strategies

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and adapting instruction to each student’s strengths and challenges
