School-Based Physical Therapist - Hilliard, Ohio

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Ohio Physical Therapist (PT) License required
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and educational teams
• Organized, flexible, and able to adjust quickly to changing school dynamics

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Complete thorough evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to assessments and goal planning
• Travel between assigned school locations may be required
• Position includes a maternity leave coverage period beginning in October and extending through the end of the school year
