Lead the Team That Keeps Production RunningAre you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team at a high-volume food production facility in Denver.
In this role, you'll drive equipment reliability, minimize downtime, champion workplace safety, and develop a team of technicians who keep operations running at peak performance. If you're passionate about leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll DoLead & Develop Your Team
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and mechanics
- Schedule labor resources and prioritize work orders based on production needs
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance technical skills and performance
- Foster collaboration across departments and shifts to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic PLC issues
- Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal production disruption
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and critical maintenance situations
- Promote and enforce OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards
- Participate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant maintenance shop
- Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to food manufacturing requirements
- Plan and coordinate maintenance projects and scheduled downtime activities
- Partner with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams to achieve operational goals
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
'05; High School Diploma or GED
'05; 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
'05; 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance
'05; Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
'05; Experience with:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Conveyors
- Motors
- Industrial manufacturing equipment
'05; Working knowledge of CMMS systems
'05; Ability to read and interpret:
- Electrical schematics
- Blueprints
- Technical manuals
'05; Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
'05; Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and emergency coverage when needed
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Associate Degree or Technical Certification
⭐ Food manufacturing or bakery production experience
⭐ HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, or utility systems experience
⭐ Welding and fabrication skills
⭐ Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
⭐ Experience with three-phase power and motor controls

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $89316.00 - $102713.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
