About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer support and onboarding coordination. Your work will directly influence the organization’s ability to attract high quality talent and support business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service to both internal partners and candidates.
Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
Create and post job advertisements on various recruiting platforms.

Source candidates through:
LinkedIn Recruiter
Internet databases
Professional networking platforms
Direct sourcing methods
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for professional-level positions.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recommendations.
Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
Assist with offer negotiations and candidate closing activities.
Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent.
Build relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
Support diversity recruiting and equal employment initiatives.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
Provide recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process.
Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Analyze and discuss recruiting metrics, including:
Offer Extend Rates
Offer Acceptance Rates
Candidate Pass-Through Rates
Ensure compliance with OFCCP requirements and recruiting policies.
Manage candidate workflow status and resolve recruiting process issues.
Maintain accurate records within recruiting systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
Strong full life cycle recruiting experience.
Demonstrated candidate sourcing expertise.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience
Corporate/in-house recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting professional, technical, engineering, or corporate hiring.
Understanding of OFCCP compliance requirements.
Experience working with recruiting metrics and analytics.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships across the organization.

Pay Details: $34.63 per hour
