Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
• Experience in a school-based setting or working with pediatric clients strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students requiring PT services
• Deliver therapy interventions in accordance with IEP goals, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to facilitate student participation in classroom and school activities
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student mobility and independence
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and student progress
