  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional when dealing with the public in potentially stressful situations.
  • Willingness to obtain Traffic Control or Flagging certification if not already certified.
  • Reliability and punctuality to meet early start times and variable end times.
  • Comfort using a mobile app for daily dispatch and job assignments.

Why Work Here?

The company covers the cost of your flagging certification and provides breakfast and lunch during orientation, so you can start prepared without out-of-pocket expenses. You receive necessary personal protective equipment, and as you grow and advance, you may become eligible for additional responsibilities and the use of a company vehicle. Employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term disability, life insurance, accident insurance options, and paid time off. The culture emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork, offering stability, clear expectations, and opportunities to develop a long-term career in traffic control and construction support.
