We’re hiring an experienced Quality Department Manager to lead QA/QC operations for a regulated manufacturing facility. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who knows how to lead people, strengthen quality systems, manage audits, solve quality issues, and keep a facility inspection ready.
What You'll OwnLead, coach, and develop QA & QC teams across multiple shifts
Manage HACCP, Food Safety Plans, cGMPs, SOPs, and quality systems
Lead preparation for customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
Drive investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement
Maintain product quality, testing, specifications, and documentation
Partner with Operations to improve processes without compromising quality or food safety
Support compliance with FDA, USDA, GFSI, SQF, and applicable regulations
Bachelor's degree in food science or related scientific field
5+ years of QA/QC experience in food, nutraceutical, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or another regulated manufacturing environment
Previous quality leadership/supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of food safety, audits, compliance, and quality systems
Big plus: SQF Practitioner, PCQI, BRC/GFSI experience, QMS/ERP systems, or bilingual English/Spanish.

Pay Details: $59,997.00 to $60,000.00 per year
