We are looking for a detail-oriented Lease Administrator/Analyst 1 to support lease administration activities for a Contract position based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role focuses on examining lease documents, extracting key business and financial terms, and maintaining accurate records to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment, communicates clearly with internal teams and external partners, and brings strong analytical skills to financial review and compliance-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Review commercial lease agreements and related records to capture essential terms, payment obligations, renewal dates, and other critical details with accuracy.
• Maintain lease data and supporting documentation within internal platforms, ensuring records remain current, organized, and audit-ready.
• Perform financial reconciliations and monthly reviews to verify rent schedules, charges, and other monetary obligations against source documents.
• Support budget oversight by examining lease-related expenses, identifying discrepancies, and helping resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate correspondence with landlords, service partners, and internal stakeholders regarding documentation, claims, transmittals, and lease administration matters.
• Track critical dates and workflow items to ensure renewals, notices, approvals, and other time-sensitive obligations are completed on schedule.
• Assist with audit and quality assurance activities by preparing files, validating data, and responding to requests for lease and financial information.
• Use ticketing systems and specialized software tools to manage tasks, document updates, and ad hoc financial requests efficiently.• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior experience in commercial lease administration, preferably within a real estate-related environment.
• Demonstrated background in financial reconciliation, budget review, and audit support activities.
• Proficiency with specialized software platforms and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently while meeting deadlines and critical date requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• High attention to detail when reviewing documentation, maintaining records, and validating financial information.
