Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Florida
• CCC-SLP credential or eligibility, or currently completing CFY
• Previous school-based experience preferred—but not required
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students
• Collaborate with general education and special education staff, as well as families, to support student success
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation for IEPs, progress reports, and related paperwork
• Provide consultative services and recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school community
