Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Florida
- CCC-SLP credential or eligibility, or currently completing CFY
- Previous school-based experience preferred—but not required
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Collaborate with general education and special education staff, as well as families, to support student success
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation for IEPs, progress reports, and related paperwork
- Provide consultative services and recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school community
