Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position with an incredibly supportive and collaborative school district in Dallas, Texas. We are looking for a dedicated SLP to join our special education team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations to diagnose communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered speech therapy goals.
  • Provide engaging, direct therapy services in individual and small group settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team to ensure student success.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided in compliance with Texas state guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Active Texas SLP license (issued by TDLR) is required (or eligibility to obtain).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome and encouraged to apply!
  • Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is preferred but not required.
