Position Details

• Job Title: Warehouse Associate

• Location: Southaven, MS

• Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.50/hour

• Shifts Available:

  • Outbound

    • Sunday - Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

    • Sunday - Wednesday: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM

    • Thursday - Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    • Thursday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

  • Inbound

    • Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

    • Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Overtime: Mandatory overtime may be required

Adecco is hiring dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates in Southaven, MS. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Associates will support daily warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and productive workplace.

Job Duties

• Perform warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control

• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to complete tasks and maintain inventory accuracy

• Load, unload, and move merchandise safely and efficiently throughout the facility

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity and quality standards

• Follow company policies and safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Entry-level positions available; prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred

• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite

• Basic computer skills and the ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and attendance expectations

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout the shift

• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed

• Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour
