Job Description

· Serve as the owner's advocate to ensure building automation, HVAC, and plumbing systems meet project specifications

· Evaluate and verify work performed by other contractors on behalf of the customer

· Operate independently to ensure all building systems are properly designed, installed, tested, and functioning correctly

· Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation to support project deliverables

Key Requirements

· BS Degree in Engineering or Construction

· Strong knowledge of HVAC, Building, and Automation Systems
