Job Title: Forklift Operator – Multiple Positions

Pay Rate: $18.00–$18.50 per hour + applicable benefit pay

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday|

Available Positions:

Reach Operator – 1st Shift - 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Forklift / Clamp Driver – 2nd Shift - 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

Sit-Down Forklift Operator – 3rd Shift - 12:00 AM–8:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklift and warehouse equipment to move, stage, load, unload, and store products.
• Operate equipment such as Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Forklifts, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Clamp Trucks, depending on the position.
• Perform product put-away, staging, replenishment, and other warehouse activities.
• Load and unload freight from trailers and containers as needed.
• Complete routine equipment inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain productivity while meeting daily performance goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet operational deadlines.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Reach Truck, Stand-Up, Sit-Down Forklift, or Clamp Truck experience preferred.
• Clamp experience preferred for the Forklift/Clamp Driver position.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be safety-focused and dependable.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification based on site requirements.
• Must successfully pass a background check and any required pre-employment screenings
