Job Description
Pay: $32.50/hour
Type: 4-Month Contract-to-Hire
Shifts: Days or Nights Available
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts plus one 6-hour shift weekly
Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair automated equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role supports conveyors, sortation systems, robotics, and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, robotics, sorters, and material handling equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS
- Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 2+ years working with conveyors, automation, or material handling equipment
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience using CMMS software
- Day 1 healthcare coverage

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
